Halle and Warm, Chocolate Melting Cake!

Halle loves warm, chocolate melting cake! It is a dessert that they serve on Carnival Cruises and one she has talked about for almost the past two years. Every time I ask her what she wants to eat for any meal, she says, "warm, chocolate melting cake." I decided to surprise her and make it one night. Joe found a recipe on-line and they turned out fabulous. It is so rich that most of us can't finish one, but Halle did just fine with hers.

Hey, Remember me, Bryson...The little boy who used to live across the field, always played with Riley and stayed for dinner...but didn't ever like fish :) Sorry thought I'd mention that.

I would just like to say that we really enjoy getting your Christmas cards every year seeing how you've all grown (me especially). It's crazy to think it's been 7 years!!! We would send you guys a Christmas card if we ever got one done, my Mom hates that we can never get a family picture with everyone there! We're way to spread out and big now.

Also we enjoyed looking through your blog as a family and seeing how our old friends were doing and what you've been up to! It's crazy that Courtnee is a Senior! And we had no idea that Micki got married, that was a shock to all of us. Last we knew her she was our fun babysitter that always brought crackers and played mother goose with us!

And finally (After this long post, sorry!) do you think you could post this recipe or just the site, or e-mail it to me (Riley has my e-mail). Those look really yummy!

Anyways it was nice to catch up. We miss you guys...life goes on.

I like your background Lor.

Halle is such a sweetie. I heard all about the cakes the other day when her and Lainey were at Grandma and Grandpas! I asked her for the receipe. All she could remeber were the eggs and flour!!!

Thanks for letting Rose stay with us. I LOVED it!

I just wanted to say hi. I miss you all so much!

We need to do lunch one day!

Love,
Mindi
