Women's Conference 2008

What a great BYU Women's Conference! I realized that this is the 12th year that I have attended with my Mom and sisters, aunt and cousins and I think that we just about have it perfected. Here are the highlights:

*Favorite place to stay: dorms at Heritage or Helaman Halls (although it is always very surreal to be back and realize that it has been more than 20 years since I was a freshman at Gates Hall).

*Favorite places to eat: Wednesday night--Los Hermanos, Friday night--Brick Oven, Saturday morning--IHOP and all of the concessions on campus that sell mint brownies, chocolate-covered cinnamon bears, and cinnamon almonds.

*Favorite things to do: go to great classes, fun sharing stations, incredible concert, spend time with some of my favorite women, shop at the Bookstore, enjoy springtime on BYU campus, let loose like Lesley.

*Favorite "peeps" to go with this year: Mom, sisters-LeAnne and Lesley,
friend-Cyleste Tucker, aunt-Sharon Yancey, cousin-Cathy Sylvester.

*Highlights: stopping at the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point and listening to a prophet of God, President Monson.
