Living, Laughing, Loving...and Laying around in April

I have spent most of April laying around...sick! The first round was an exceptionally long and bad case of vertigo. I couldn't move my head in any direction for almost a week or I became extremely nauseated. I spent those days in the recliner in front of the projector watching movies that didn't move too fast and dragging myself to the bathroom every few hours. I couldn't even shower for 4 days (disgusting!), and my family got very tired of waiting on me, but they were amazing, especially Joe who would work all day and then take care of the kids, dinner, softball games, etc. all night. I finally decided I had an ear infection and started taking antibiotics and within a day and a half, I was better. After 3 days of feeling great, I got a rotten sinus infection. I can still drag myself around, a bit, but feel yucky all the time. I finally went to the doctor and got a new antibiotic and am on the mend. A few things I have learned:

Positives --catching up on movies and TV shows, being waited on, lots of rest and fluids, sympathy, high scores on Chuzzle, current with my email, lots of support and love from family, valid excuse for not getting things done!

Negatives--laundry, bills, housework piling up, no exercise, weight gain from laying around, sitting in a dark basement all day and night, missing out on life and good weather!
